I've finally finished my last day at work before my three week vacation! It feels really good, as I've been working almost every single day for the last two weeks, 5-9 hours a day. It's been tiresome, but now that I'm done I know that I'll have a sizeable income at the end of the month. I'll be using all of saturday to get my stuff packed and ready for the trip to Italy. Due to weight restrictions on vehicles and the like [supposedly] being enforced much more vigorously in Germany, we have to weigh all of our stuff to make sure we don't bring more weight than we're allowed to. We'll probably never be stopped to have our car and caravan weighed, and we might not even see anyone being stopped, but it's better to be safe than sorry

We'll be heading to Lake Garda. We're planning on staying on the south-eastern side of the lake, but time will tell if we stick to that decision. This is the first time I've been with my parents and my brother to Italy, so I'm really excited about it, partly because I'll experience something I've never experienced before and partly because it's going to be interesting to see how my father will cope with the fact that he speaks no language other than danish

After two weeks of relaxation and having fun, I'm leaving my family, which will drive back to Denmark, and I'll find the nearest train leaving for Firenze (or Florence as some call it..). In Firenze I'll meet up with two great friends and we'll head to the home of one of the friends' grandparents. We'll stay there for about 3 days, roaming about the streets of Firenze for as long as we like. Then we'll take the train and leave for Berlin! We plan to stay in Berlin for two days before heading back to Denmark.

It looks like this vacation is doing its best to become nearly as good as my last summer vacation; my vacation in the southern countries of Africa. I can't wait to get away from all the rain here in Denmark.

I think that's all for now. I wish you all happy summer vacations and I hope you have fun and enjoy life! I hope to talk to you all when I get back again ^_~

Velkommen tilbage!
